Popular Blanks for Summer

Summer's Here ...and it's time to get out and fish with those great rods you have built. We are working hard designing and testing new blank models that you requested, and our recent product introductions have been a big hit. Consider some of these new models for your next build.

Surf Rod Blanks

Our SRF110C3 and SRF130XHMF2 blanks are attracting an enthusiastic fan base.

The SRF110C3 is our three piece surf combo - this blank has one handle and two tip sections featuring unique actions that can be interchanged with the handle to fish the specific technique you need that day. We have received a lot of great feedback from surf casters who fish this blank from the Cape Cod Canal to the Gulf. Our SRF130XHMF2 is 13' of raw power. It heaves heavy baits long distances and it has enough backbone to fight the biggest fish. This blank was requested by our North Carolina customers, but we have seen it being used from Massachusetts to Florida and westward along the Gulf. We have customers testing some lighter 13' models for release later this summer.

S-Glass Series

Our S-Glass blanks have gained a cult following. These composite blanks are unique in that they have the moderate action and durable tip that fisherman expect in a fiberglass rod; but we stiffen the handles with carbon fiber so each model has real backbone. These blanks are lighter, more sensitive, and more powerful than 100% fiberglass designs. They can be tip and butt cut to dial in your preferred action. Consider these blanks for a wide range of fishing applications. You won't be disappointed.
